PK & Altman's electricians were on time (actually early), they were cheerful, they did fine work, the work was completed earlier than expected, and they cleaned up when they were through. My wife and I are thrilled with the result! The back office was super accommodating with the paperwork demands of our coop and management. We give PK & Altman the highest recommendation.

I contacted Conquest Electric due to an electrical problem with my drying machine and Roman was at my apt literally 2 hours later, and fixed the issue on the spot. We had an issue with our electric baseboard heater, and had an electrician come out who misdiagnosed the issue and then tried to charge us an insane amount for an issue that wasn't fixed. We then looked for another electrician and found these guys and they were amazing. Extremely responsive and extremely reasonable and straight forward pricing (no hidden charges, etc). Their tech was able to diagnose the issue immediately, and fix the problem. We even had them take a look at a few other smaller items around the townhouse that they were able to fix. Will definitely be using them again for any future needs!

This review is long overdue. Back in 2021, Haris and team upgraded my breakers, replaced all outlets, switches and plates, and some other minor work. The work seemed fine but I did not get to test if all of the outlets were working properly when the work was finished. Fast forward to 2022, I realized that some of the outlets were hard to plug in and a couple of them were loose that they moved sideways. I contacted Haris 3 times about the issues in a course of 2 months, he never responded back to me. Meanwhile, I had to have my handyman (who recommended Haris) come in to do some repair work, he contacted Haris and Haris asked him to fix my electrical problems. My handyman is not a licensed electrician. He did a terrible job fixing them. In the end, I had to hire another contractor to fix my electrical issues. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. The lack of response and communication, and the delegation of work to a non-professional are the reasons that I will not be hiring Haris/ HP Euro Home for future work.
