Had an electrical emergency so I called Bright Electrical Service. They showed up and fixed the problem. Excellent, prompt service and the rate was reasonable. Enough so that the following week I called for an estimate on some other work I needed. Been using him ever since. Val and his guys are great. Definitely my electrician from now on!!

Ilya is the freaking best. He's fixed or installed a number of things for me in two apartments over the last few years -- light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers, etc. He's easy to reach, easy to schedule with, and shows up as planned.

I always learn stuff when working with Ilya -- he'll explain what's going on, if you're interested. He has informed opinions on what ceiling fans are reliable, what fixtures are worth the money, etc. He called the manufacturer to get to the bottom of my ceiling fan issue. He'll give you options.

Recently I had an issue with the wiring for a light fixture. I thought I could it fix myself, with just a little help for safety and peace of mind. Ilya did a video call for 10 minutes and steered me in the right direction, at no charge.

These guys are AWESOME! I mistakenly thought I was an electrician and tried to hang a hall light. Clipped old house wiring I thought were unnecessary, and shorted half our house. No lights or electric.

Alex and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were professional, patient, fun/accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable. I had just moved into a much older building and had to undergo a renovation. The electric panel had to be replaced as well as new outlets had to be installed in the kitchen to update to modern standards. Alex was very thorough in his inspection and checked in multiple times to make sure I felt comfortable as it was alarming to realize the previous tenant had an electric panel from a now defunct company due to lawsuits over electrical fires! The kitchen renovation took much longer than expected, and Alex and his team were lockstep with the contractor to make sure everything was aligned. He even came back to install an outlet after noticing my new window AC so I wouldn't have an industrial cord hanging in plain view. Truly went above and beyond!

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. I first met Joe and his crew at Mangi Electrical, Corp after Super Storm Sandy. His professionalism and knowledge had me up and running with electricity, throughout the entire house in no time at all. That was in 2012. To this day (2019) I still use him for any electrical needs. He stands by his work. He is the best out there.

Unfortunately this company is TROUBLE. I have been in business for 14yrs and worked with countless contractors never experiencing something like this! Actually I wouldn't bother to post, and tried everything to work something out. BUT THIS IS SO WRONG! I hired them to do a small light repair job and within a week the lighting faulted, I called to report the issue, and how we can fix the problem. The reply was feet dragging and finger pointing at me. During our conversation I find out they have a policy that automatically sends all their customers to a COLLECTION AGENCY! So we have to pay for the service within 30 days if it works or not!!! AS of today, I HAD TO PAY FOR LIGHTS THAT DONT WORK and they want to charge me to fix their mistake! Are you kidding me!!!! I WANT A REFUND!

Ceriello Electric quickly and expertly resolved a partial outage for my small coop that ConEd refused to deal with. And even on Friday the 5th of July, they picked up the phone right away, were knowledgable about my problem, showed up fast, demonstrated ingenuity and professionalism, and pretty much saved the day. Their technician even had a field manager come by to verify an unusual power reading for no extra charge, and then the office got ConEd to pick up the ball tout suite. Very pleased with the whole team and will use them again for sure, for non-emergent electric work too.

Ez Does It Home Improvement came out to my home to install my surround sound system through out the home on 7/29/2012. Ez Does It Electrical were very promoted with there service. I gave Ez Does It Electrical a call at Noon and by 2pm they was at my home starting the job.
