Thank you for using this plumbing, heating, and electric service! We have experienced an AC unit issue around this time every eight years. We have spent thousands of dollars repairing it each year, not counting the cost of replacing the unit. We requested an inspection from this plumbing company this year. We received a call at around 1:30 to see if they could make it earlier; our appointment was from 3-5 pm. The sooner the better, please. Nathan, one of our technicians, was amazing. He came out to check on my AC unit and found that it was experiencing a few issues. He presented the issue and several potential solutions. We deliberated the possibilities and came to a decision. The issue will be permanently fixed when they arrive on Wednesday. From the initial call to the technician, everyone we interacted with was very polite and respectful. genuinely concerned about the issue we were experiencing. We heartily endorse this plumbing, heating, and electrical service. l Andrew L., our service technician, visited us today to fix our air conditioner. WOW! My old water heater was leaking and needed replacement. I called Neo Plumbing and they scheduled to come and replace it the next day. They recommended a good water heater,
picked it up from the supplier and brought it to my home without any extra charge. They replaced the water heater and took care of disposing of the old one.

We used Mike to secure a water pipe and to run water to the front yard of our house. He was very knowledgeable and gave us many options. He was on time, worked quickly and overall was very clean. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

This firm was recommended by our building manager and after several attempts to stop by and see what the scope of work they finally came on October 6th and walked the job with the building manager. We set up to do the work Thursday October 15th. They were supposed to send an estimate and proceed with the work as the building scheduled a water shutdown. I call Monday, for the estimate and to confirm the job on Thursday. I was told that the estimate was not ready but the job was still scheduled. Called Tuesday you will have the estimate tomorrow and nothing. I call back Wednesday after not receiving the estimate and was told that they decided not to do the work after wasting two weeks of NYC construction time which is an eternity I not have to start from the beginning. The lack of professionalism and the lack of follow-up is beyond comprehension.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE AS THESE GUYS ARE A JOKE.

This guy is wonderful! Edison had me send pics, got some info from me on phone and took care of my needs the same day I spoke to him. I still can't believe it all got done in one day.
