I have used them on several occasions for electrical work. The quality of the service has been excellent. The technicians are highly skilled and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had a weird electricity issue for months that I called my home owner warranty about twice. Two different electricians came on two different occasions and could not determine the problem. I looked up local electricians and new York City electricians was the first to come up and had such great ratings. I called and explained my situation and They was able to come in the very same day so that I wouldn't have to take another day off from work. Charles is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything each step of the way and was so helpful. After he fixed the issue he even followed up to make sure everything was still working okay. I highly highly recommend New York City electricians to anyone looking for an electrician in the New York area, and will always keep in mind for any other electricity needs in my house. I had an outlet installed in a walk in closet. Over email, we determined that the work would either entail channeling through the wall to get to a switch outside the closet, or doing some kind of wire mold (on the wall) if the switch would not work - the walls are plaster.

They were up front about costs over email, and the technician arrived on time and completed the work in about an hour. The switch did not have a neutral wire, so a wire mold was necessary. They described the work and how it would look, and did a great job - even cleaning up the work area afterwards. +1 would use again!

Roman is an expert electrician and is so helpful! He provided great advice to routing our wires to get 220v for our new ACs and the final cost came in under the original quote. He's a wonderful contractor to work with and is super responsive and flexible. Serafin, his handy electrician was also great to work with in getting the tough work done! Would definitely recommend their services!

I must say that this company has the best service I have ever experienced. Very punctual and very reasonably priced. He gave me a quote and showed me how I can save a lot more money with his tips on how to conserve and save energy. I recommend this company for any of your electrical needs. He came by the next day to take a look, gave a very fair quote after just a few hours, and did the work a few days later. He fixed the issue in just about 20-30 minutes and did it quietly, efficiently, and meticulously. We're definitely going to call him back to do additional electrical work!!

Recently had ceiling fan installed & York did great job & I don’t know how I lived without it so long. York also installed fixtures in bedroom...with dimmer, laundry room, did electrical for my mother’s stairlifts. I’ve been using them for a very long time & will continue to use them every time I need electrician. I highly recommend them.
