Lost power to our front foyer lights and one of our outlets.The tech was great in finding the problem. He was great in communicating with us to what the problem could be. I would call him again for future work.

Technician arrived at my household for a midnight emergency. I was stressing out; technician was able to release my stress with his professionalism in a calmly manner. He knew exactly how to fix the problem on a short time schedule I’m extremely satisfied. I’ll will definitely contact them on a next issue.

Great and professional company

I had a good experience with this company. They installed two bathroom vanity lights. They came on time, completed the job efficiently, and cleaned up afterward. And, their office staff helpful completing a contract required by my building. I'll use them again.

Emergency issue in a new condo, so had to search for a new electrician. Electrician came out pretty quickly (or else this would be 1-star) and charged me $160 to tell me to call ConEd. This would be fine if I didn't have ConEd come out to tell me that I needed to call an electrician, not their issue...

Also just not a lot of information when I called about the process, whether or not electricians are licensed. Didn't get a great feeling...

YT Electrical Services did an amazing job upgrading my electrical panel, installing outdated electrical lines, and installing indoor light fixtures. They were very responsive, efficient, and professional.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from LED Electricians. For starters they were very professional from start to finish. The technician took his time to not only explain to me what the issues were with my panel but even walked me through the step by step process of what needed to be done to rectify the issue. The technician was very punctual, very efficient in how he worked, and got the job done perfectly. If you are looking to work with the best in the city you don't have to look any further than this company.

Had an electrical emergency so I called Bright Electrical Service. They showed up and fixed the problem. Excellent, prompt service and the rate was reasonable. Enough so that the following week I called for an estimate on some other work I needed. Been using him ever since. Val and his guys are great. Definitely my electrician from now on!!

This review is long overdue. Back in 2021, Haris and team upgraded my breakers, replaced all outlets, switches and plates, and some other minor work. The work seemed fine but I did not get to test if all of the outlets were working properly when the work was finished. Fast forward to 2022, I realized that some of the outlets were hard to plug in and a couple of them were loose that they moved sideways. I contacted Haris 3 times about the issues in a course of 2 months, he never responded back to me. Meanwhile, I had to have my handyman (who recommended Haris) come in to do some repair work, he contacted Haris and Haris asked him to fix my electrical problems. My handyman is not a licensed electrician. He did a terrible job fixing them. In the end, I had to hire another contractor to fix my electrical issues. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. The lack of response and communication, and the delegation of work to a non-professional are the reasons that I will not be hiring Haris/ HP Euro Home for future work.

Ilya is the freaking best. He's fixed or installed a number of things for me in two apartments over the last few years -- light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers, etc. He's easy to reach, easy to schedule with, and shows up as planned.

I always learn stuff when working with Ilya -- he'll explain what's going on, if you're interested. He has informed opinions on what ceiling fans are reliable, what fixtures are worth the money, etc. He called the manufacturer to get to the bottom of my ceiling fan issue. He'll give you options.

Recently I had an issue with the wiring for a light fixture. I thought I could it fix myself, with just a little help for safety and peace of mind. Ilya did a video call for 10 minutes and steered me in the right direction, at no charge.

I am the owner of (2) 3 family homes, (1) 6 family and (3) 30 unit mixed use all located in Brooklyn and I started using Dave from DAVEN electric 10 years ago and at first the pricing seemed a little high so I used 2 other electrical contractors who where cheaper. WARNING TO ALL cheaper does NOT cost less in fact in the long run it cost double. After getting lied to and abused by the other 2 electrical contractors and having absolute nightmares with my tenants and the DOB I went right back to DAVEN. DAVEN corrected the eras the other electrical contractors caused and refused to take responsibility for, closed the other electrical contractors there permits and delt with the DOB HANDILY. In retrospect it would have cost 50 percent less had I stayed with DAVEN ELETCRIC in the first place. A word to the wise, CHEAPER COST MORE so use a quality vender when dealing with your biggest asset such as your home, building, co-op / condo or business. In closing I USE and RECOMMEND DAVEN ELECTRIC as they EXEMPLIFY a quality electrical contractor.

Technicians were out the same day to assess, and were able to replace the faucet same day and only took about 30 minutes. Drew and Clinton were both polite, explained things in a simple way for me to understand, and got the work done Thanks so much for helping this busy mom out when in a bind!
