I hired Mike to rescue a chimney fan installation after another electrician quoted me a ridiculous fee. Mike's price was great. he communicated frequently and professionally and was responsive +++. when a building code issue (nothing to do with him, but preventing access) delayed finishing the job for almost two years he still.kept in touch and responded right away when I confirmed we were good to go. Installation completed within days. I cannot rate high enough.

The tradesmen were on time. Efficient and thorough. The experience overall was one of confidence in a job well done. Very happy worth the results. Good job.

He did exactly what was needed efficiently and with expertise.. Very reliable, they have done work for us in the past and they were good then and they were good this time. We could not have been more pleased. It was fantastic.

Corrected some old / dangerous wiring, tracked down a tricky loose wire problem, and did a few other minor things. Extremely good communication and did quality work all around. From the time we called them in until it was all fixed was only a few days. Would recommend for any and all electrical work!

During the consultation as well as during the work day, Randy said that he would not charge for some services such as wire removal and then later charged us for it even after not all wires were removed.

We sent him pictures of the lights as we were shopping and he told us which ones to buy and later told us they were the wrong ones because he wasn’t paying attention. When I shared they were not eligible for refund, he did not seem to care.

There was a lot of damage was made to newly finished wooden floors. Randy said it wasn’t a big deal and that he would fix it but the scratches are still visible.

After the job was completed, he kept sending me invoices that had more services charged that were actually completed. For example, he charged for 5 installations of outlets when he only did 4. Each day I asked him to fix it something on the invoice and he was very aggressive about getting payment even after I explained to him that he was not charging correctly.

Randy says that he offered discounts. Its not a discount if you say something is free of charge and then charge it and then begrudgingly take off the charge after many uncomfortable interactions.

There were 2 additional holes from the recessed lighting installation that we had to get repaired at my expense. I spent days mopping and sweeping after work was done, although Randy claims that he swept and mopped.

As a new home owner, I am reaching out to several professionals to repair and remodel. The company who did the plumbing, floors and painting were nothing short of amazing with their professionalism and quality of work. My biggest regret is going with LED Electricians.

Ilya is the freaking best. He's fixed or installed a number of things for me in two apartments over the last few years -- light fixtures, ceiling fans, dimmers, etc. He's easy to reach, easy to schedule with, and shows up as planned.

I always learn stuff when working with Ilya -- he'll explain what's going on, if you're interested. He has informed opinions on what ceiling fans are reliable, what fixtures are worth the money, etc. He called the manufacturer to get to the bottom of my ceiling fan issue. He'll give you options.

Initial scope only included installation of a new light fixture. Billy did a good job. He gave me a time he was going to be here and was on time. He was able to find the dilemma and repair it. He also support me put up a fan fixed the breaker box and put up a light in my dining room. I couldn’t ask for a better electrician than him. If I have any problems again he will be the first person I call.
