Called a company I had used for 8 years to hang light fixtures. Got the runaround and excuses. Said they would send bid...Didn't receive so I called new York City electricians. Spoke to George. He was great and gave me rough estimate over the phone. Called on Wednesday. He got me an appointment on Friday morning. Stanley showed up on time. He installed my three light fixtures and changed out by outlets in 2 bathrooms. Excellent service, Excellent price. Corrected some old / dangerous wiring, tracked down a tricky loose wire problem, and did a few other minor things. Extremely good communication and did quality work all around. From the time we called them in until it was all fixed was only a few days. Would recommend for any and all electrical work!

I spoke/emailed with Josh at Leader Electric. From the first interaction they were different from the MANY other electricians I called. Josh listened, asked questions, and was able to give me (a 100% accurate) estimate. Josh also got the necessary paperwork to building management within a couple of hours so we were able to schedule the job for the following day. This was incredibly helpful! He also provided the rates in writing, which made me less nervous about any bait and switch. It was a simple/small job -- replace an old flush-mount ceiling fixture with a new (same size/shape) LED light fixture and install a dimmer switch. They showed up on time and finished the work in an hour (as estimated). I spent a lot of time on Yelp trying to find an electrician and actually found Leader through a personal recommendation and I am so glad I did. I highly recommend them!!!

He came by the next day to take a look, gave a very fair quote after just a few hours, and did the work a few days later. Billy did a good job. He gave me a time he was going to be here and was on time. He was able to find the dilemma and repair it. He also support me put up a fan fixed the breaker box and put up a light in my dining room. I couldn’t ask for a better electrician than him. If I have any problems again he will be the first person I call.
