George who organized everything was reassuring, kind and positive he made the whole, very stressful situation as smooth as can be. Both Wilson and Evan who executed the job were incredible, professional and went above and beyond to get the work done in a timely manner but also to make it look spotless after. My experience with PK and Altman Electric was excellent. From my initial contact with Elizabeth in the main office to the service that was provided by Raphael and Omar, the staff was professional, polite, and punctual. I called on a Tuesday, and Elizabeth scheduled me in for Wednesday! And Raphael and Omar arrived an hour early. Before starting, Raphael reviewed a TO DO LIST with me. A ceiling fan and two outlets, including a GFI and light fixture, were either replaced or serviced. Pricing is competitive. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

We appreciate all of the care, attention, patience, and kindness by all of the wonderful technicians who resolved our problem.

Randy was very professional and broke down what was needed and why regarding my tenants outlets burning out. The electricians that came in a couple of days prior, referred by a neighbor, told me I needed a ton of repairs in order to get the power restored and possibly HOURS of work needed?. They were to comeback the next day after the initial inspection and never did… And for that I’m EXTREMELY grateful. Randy was there for MAYBE an hour and I didn’t have to sell a kidney to pay for the repairs.

Had an electrical emergency so I called Bright Electrical Service. They showed up and fixed the problem. Excellent, prompt service and the rate was reasonable. Enough so that the following week I called for an estimate on some other work I needed. Been using him ever since. Val and his guys are great. Definitely my electrician from now on!!

Haris is absolutely fabulous! He installed three chandeliers - each was difficult and heavy but was no problem for Haris. He came early and didn’t leave until everything was cleaned up. Highly recommend!!
