If I could, I would give them no star for their service. They asked for $150 for doing nothing but replacing a bulb which was provided by me and switching a button. And they refused to give me the receipt unless I give them $35 more. Absolutely not recommend this company.

Highly recommend. Roman is super responsive and will let you know his availability right away. He came to our office to repair/fix the wiring of some baseboards and he fix them and orderer parts right away for one that needs it. He also came the next day for a minor repair follow up. I will continue to call on Roman and this business for any electrical needs at our office space.

I needed a new ceiling light installed where there was no receptacle which required running a new electrical line to the ceiling and a new wall switch behind an enclosed wall. I called several electricians that my building manager referred me to, but the 4-5 hour job was too small or they could not get to it for months. I found Emco and decided to give them a call. The team was very responsive in getting the job quoted and scheduled, but the best surprise of the job was their meticulous work and attention to detail, from prepping the site to prevent any damage to minimizing the inevitable patchwork required after the work was done. I will definitely turn to Emco for my future electrical projects.

He and his crew added outlets, and ceiling electrical sockets throughout my apartment, efficiently and expeditiously. This was in addition to a new electrical box. He is licensed and insured.

I recently moved into an apartment and discovered to my dismay that two rooms did not have power. I called YT Electrical and Yordanys came over immediately-- and took one look at the panel and said, oh no, that's a Federal Pacific panel. Google it and you will see what is wrong. So I did, and my heart sank-- I cursed myself for not having done a proper inspection (everything seemed fine before I moved in), and wondered whether I was looking at a massive, five-figure job that I would not be able to afford. My wife was even unhappier.

But it now appears that I called the best electrician on the planet. Yordanys and his brother Dayan replaced the 80-year-old panel, which was absurdly placed over an entry-hall closet and required a new location (hence, cutting into the wall), then installed four lighting fixtures, repaired a couple of nonfunctional outlets, and replaced two unsafe outlets (kitchen, bathroom, GFCI). And that is not all! They also fixed the problem that had led to two rooms losing power (the previous tenant had screwed up when removing a light fixture, as if things were not bad enough already), and Yordanys actually bought us a great fixture for the kitchen after we had failed to find something we liked. When that was all done (over a day and a half), Dayan stuck around and hung two large, heavy mirrors for us-- then offered to drive me to Best Buy, pick up a TV, and mount it on the wall. We can't believe the amount of work all this entailed-- and the fact that the total cost was about half of what we had expected. Last but not least, Yordanys himself is not only highly professional but considerate and personable as well. Rewiring an old apartment is usually hell, but this turned out to be one of the most pleasant and satisfying transactions we have ever experienced. We are telling everyone we know in New York-- if you need a skilled electrician, call YT Electrical!

I had been chasing contractors around for a while to repair a light switch in my office. What it took them weeks to do it took Val 30 mins. He was fast, reliable and extremely professional. His service and skill set are unmatched.

Rarely have I worked with an electrician who was as responsive and prompt as Asset Electric. He offered options on how to get the work done most efficiently, and even called after the job was done to make sure things were working properly. There are a couple of other electric projects I’ve been putting off for a while because I’ve had trouble finding a reliable electrician, I’m definitely going to get them done now.

They were careful in performing the work, making sure that the whole apartment was covered and protected from dust/debree. The job started as getting an outlet and light switch replaced, and it quickly turned into an emergency as Alex noticed the outlet showed signs of previously sparking. Even though it was the end of the day and the job got more difficult, Alex was a consummate professional, he explained everything and made sure it was all safe before leaving. Can't say enough about the great service I received from this company. Had a circuit go out in our home. Their tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. I asked him to look at a non-related wiring issue while he was here. He assessed and fixed that problem in no time as well. Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs.
