Called in to get our company’s doorbell fixed and Tony couldn’t have been more thoughtful and professional. Our company ended up hiring someone else but Tony called back to follow up on our situation and it showed he really cared about whether our door buzzer got fixed. Would definitely recommend in the future.

I called for same day service we were remodeling and ran into a snag with the electrical. I had never used this company before but saw they had good ratings. They said they just happened to have a service person available. Stanley came out and was incredibly professional and figured a solution to our issue very quickly.He blew us away with his knowledge and abilities. He was also a very respectful and nice person. We enjoyed having him here and will definitely call New York City electricians again next time we need help. Very professional company highly recommend!

Service was very good and fast. Unfortunately, had to come back because
fixture was flickering due to dimmer light switch. Had to install regular switch instead. He was very patient and made sure it was not flickering.

I'll definitely reach out to YT Electrical in the future for any electrical services. Yordanys talked sense into our unnecessarily complex plan to conceal some old cable wiring running our apartment, helping us better understand our own electrical needs. Communication around timeline, process, and price was prompt and clear. The work was completed quickly and on time by Yordanys's team, who checked in before, during, and after the process to make sure everything was according to our specs. They cleaned up about 95% of the debris caused by the job. After the job was completed I flagged a concern on the final invoice with Yordanys who reviewed it with me and credited the difference between what had been quoted in the initial estimate and what seemed to be a mistakenly higher number on the final invoice, which I really appreciated.

From the first walk through David and his team took the time to explain the process and the schedule, and even hosted an in person Q&A for all of the building's shareholders. He secured materials in a timely manner despite a shortage at the time and even made referrals for other trades. He and his whole team went above and beyond for a project delivered on time and on budget, with no change orders. Definitely recommend.

I had quite a remodeling job for them. Added two ceiling fans, replaced two outdoor light fixtures with ceiling fans, moved and replaced about 9 sockets, removed light fixtures, replaced switches, and rewired the porch. They did everything in 2 days and did amazing work! very efficiently completed the work and were timely in arrival. very helpful and communicative. thank you

These guys are the best of the best. I evolved from using one of the younger electricians who gave great customer service, to later moving to an old head named Frank who simply knew how to do stuff that no one else could do. They are respectful, on time, and on budget. And as an African American man oh, that is not always the case with my service people.
