Had a wonderful experience as a customer. Called several companies regarding emergency with electricity; however, some were closed even though they advertise they are open 24 hours/day or those who answered could not address my issue. New York City electrician was the only company to respond positively to my situation. NYC electrician Rep, Mr. Stanley thoroughl inspected the electrical panel and appliances that were not working and conveyed to me in layman's terms the situation-that the panel would need to be replaced. Mr. Stanley was very professional and demonstrated excellent customer service.

Had a situation close to closing where an inspection for an older upgrade to an electrical panel was not cleared from county records, and the original contractor was now out of business. York was a recommended electrical contractor to deal with the open permit issue, and I found them responsive and efficient in getting the permit issue cleared quickly.
