John came out and repaired a laundry list of electrical issues—repaired some switches, changed out ceiling fans, repaired a vent fan in the attic, etc. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, as was his helper! I’ve been very pleased with Hiller.

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.

Dustin from Energy Lighting Services came out to our house last week and fixed a couple of issues with an outdoor plug that has never worked right.

I've had it serviced a few times, but this time the whole process was explained in a way I understood and he took his time to not only install a better quality outdoor plug, but he gave me an easy way to test it in the future. He also fixed the shoddy work done by the last 2 electricians, and even removed some dead, dangerous wire.

Not only did I appreciate the work, but he was very thorough, kind, conversational and even the dogs liked him. :)

We're going to have him back to install some deck lighting and fix an indoor light fixture in the future. - Highly recommend.

I meant to do this review sooner, but better later than never. I’ve had such bad experiences in the past with trade workers; this experience was opposite of those experiences. Austin D. from Bates came to my property, took his time to diagnose my electrical issue, explained the problem to my level of understanding, and executed the fix. It was ridiculously affordable. I can’t say enough good things about Bates Electrical and Austin. If you get him as your service provider just know you are in the best of hands.

Gas tankless hot water heater repair! Excellent work, got us up and running temporarily while waited for parts and then very efficiently did part replacement once then came in. Solid, professional and friendly techs both visits.
