we had problems with plugs not working and our guy who come to look at it did everything he could and then called someone else out here with him to help locate why they wasn't working and about 20 minutes later found the issue and did amazing work. they move quickly and keep you up to speed as the process goes. I'd call and use again in the future if we need more fixed. we had Steve and Johnny today highly recommend.

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.

Dustin from Energy Lighting Services came out to our house last week and fixed a couple of issues with an outdoor plug that has never worked right.

I've had it serviced a few times, but this time the whole process was explained in a way I understood and he took his time to not only install a better quality outdoor plug, but he gave me an easy way to test it in the future. He also fixed the shoddy work done by the last 2 electricians, and even removed some dead, dangerous wire.

Not only did I appreciate the work, but he was very thorough, kind, conversational and even the dogs liked him. :)

We're going to have him back to install some deck lighting and fix an indoor light fixture in the future. - Highly recommend.

Bates has been my go to electrician for a few years now. They can always fix any little electrical I have at my properties or business.

I wish I could give zero stars and still post a review. On top of paying a premium for outlets that don’t work and fixtures that are shorting out, they have cost me so much money in drywall repairs and have set my timeline on my project back significantly.

Basically, due to a scheduling conflict and a tight deadline I was unable to use my regular go-to electrician, so I called Mr. Electric—the scheduler was so nice and said they’d be able to do my project the same day that they came to give the estimate (installing 3 can lights, a pendant, a bathroom fan, and 4 outlets). I walked the electrician through everything twice. He didn’t finish the first day, which is not what I was sold on, but I get that it was a lot to do... BUT when they came back several days later the outlets were installed in the wrong places and 1 was forgotten. I called to have it fixed and he eventually came back. When he returned I walked him through it again and he did it incorrectly a second time. I called to have it fixed and someone higher up returned my call. I was kind when I spoke with him—again, I understand that things happen and I just wanted the job done ASAP and correctly. He was not super understanding, didn’t really respond to the drywall repair costs or set backs on our timeline with an apology of any kind. It was basically just a bunch of statements about how their electrician is great and he’s always right and this was obviously somehow my fault (mind you, I have 3D CAD drawings of my renovation including where outlets go and walked him through the project multiple times by this point). He said a handful of rude and condescending things to me then would catch himself, backtrack and try to re-word it to sound less offensive. The electrician returned a third time, gave me a BUNCH of attitude, worked for a few hours and left— it wasn’t correct again but I was so over it by that point, I just paid the office and let it go so I could be done with the whole thing. Now half of the outlets are not working and my bathroom fan is shorting out. I am dreading having them even come back to fix it because I don’t want the hassle of dealing with them and the damage they will do.

Over all just amazing over achiever as individuals and as a business. They came out to put more lights up in my shop they were very professional timely and amazing at how they just new exactly what I wanted and where I wanted then. Thank you Jacob the electrician JTM most definitely will never use anyone else.
