Best System Inspection in Nashville TN

Great experience with CoolRay! Came out on a Sunday to determine what was wrong with my HVAC!!

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.

Rocky and Tyler did a wonderful job on short notice for me. Very respectful, honest, sincere and fairly priced. I received a very detailed layout of what the job would entail and the price for options. I appreciate the explanation of the professional services provided by MR. Irwin.

Dustin from ELS came to our home and added an additional electrical outlet to our kitchen island. What a fantastic guy, super helpful, super respectful and a super job. We got the whole package, plus they clean up their mess when they are done. All I can say is great job!

I wanted to get an overhead light installed in a room, as I had just moved in and was missing it. I called to book an appointment but it took over two weeks before they actually showed up. I canceled that service with them and was given Bates Electric's information. Within the next 48 hours, I had a helpful technician come in and take a look at the job and recommended the best way to get it done, which was more affordable than what I was expecting. We signed a contract that day and he left to get all of the supplies he needed. Once everything was gathered, they came back on time and got straight to work, refusing to leave until they were complete and every detail that we'd discussed had been completed exactly how we'd wanted it to. At the end, we were sent a bill for their services which I paid online through their website using PayPal immediately after receiving it.

Joseph and Matt came out to our home and gave us exceptional service. They were very nice, explained everything perfectly and made our over all experience with Mr.electric wonderful!

I highly recommend Jacob the Electrician. Jeff and Mike were awesome! They've helped me twice. The first time was to install a light fixture in my living room and the second was to fix the light switch wiring that I messed up. They are professional, knowable, and funny! I will request them anytime I need an electrician.

These guys came over to fix some dead outlets in my house as well as add some in my crawlspace to power a sump pump and dehumidifier. All of the work was done well, quickly, and the electricians were nice and helpful.

My tankless hot water stopped working so I called Hoffman Brothers because my usual plumber was out of town. Jason showed up promptly at the scheduled time. He was very clear as to the potential charges for the repair. After investigating, it appears that the previous owner of my home hadn’t serviced the unit since it was installed in 2008. It was filthy. Jason cleaned out the filth and got my hot water up and running. He was clear about the cost from the get-go and adjusted his estimate based on what he found. I never felt like I would be surprised by the bill. He also advised me of recommended service times going forward and that their work had a year warranty.I felt like I got a good value for my money with a respectful, professional and pleasant service person.I would definitely recommend Hoffman Brothers and Jason.

Houston is fantastic! I called asking for pricing and availability, he was at my house within the hour. He is very friendly and knows exactly what he's doing. We are already discussing another project to complete in the coming months. I highly recommend him for all electrical projects.
