Best Service Panel in Nashville TN

I own various properties and use various disciplines. Chase was hands down the best service technician I have ever worked with. Very well mannered and knowledgeable about his trade. The job was an absolute hot mess but luckily it was raining and 10pm at night. That always makes finding leaks more fun when it is 3 to 4 feet under ground at the water meter connection. He found issue discussed plan with me on how to repair it and what the cost was going to be. He came back next day when he said he would and fixed connection, emailed pictures and took payment. I am very pleased.

AC went out on a Friday night after hours and they were still able to send a repair guy who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Fixed the issue and Saved the day!

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.

I called Irwin based solely off of the google reviews here and the fact that he was local -- the reviews were absolutely on point. Rocky and his peer showed up the same day, explained everything that was wrong and walked me through the (quick) fix as they did it. The value of the service was fantastic, they did a great job, were very curteous and I'll be using them again.

Brendon and Alex from ELS installed an exterior electrical outlet, along with troubleshooting and repairing several faulty interior outlets. They were prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. The folks at ELS were terrific to work with and delivered a superior customer experience. Highly recommend!

Joseph showed up right on time and immediately got to work. He did a great job in a timely manner. I will most definitely hire Bates Electrical to do my work in the future and will request for Joseph hands down. Thank you again!

Levi the technician was very nice and professional. He gave us recommendations for how to prevent our outdoor circuit from tripping. It was very apparent that he knew what he was doing, even more so when he alone was able to notice that our entire problem was due to one single plug in the garage being tripped. Whenever we need something else done, we'll call Levi.

Awesome service and highly recommend. Even responded on a Sunday to schedule a non-urgent appointment. Chris did a great job replacing some fixtures that were blown during a storm. Arrived early and was nice and professional. Price was right too--best quote I got. Have found my new electrician and will be a repeat customer!

This is our second opportunity to use Discount Electrical Service. The primary reason we used them again is the quality of the work and reliability of the crew. The work today consisted of replacing exterior lights, replacing ceiling fans, and replacing ceiling mounted light fixtures.
