Hiller has always been great to us. We use Hiller to service most of our rental properties and have never been disappointed. This time we worked with Chase Vaghn. He was on time and great at communicating. He called me after his inspection to let me know what he found. The he quoted me the repairs. After the repairs were made, he sent me pictures confirming everything was fixed correctly. I made payment over the phone and received receipt immediately. I wish all business and technicians were that efficient.

Called Mr. Electric after another company said they could not come out for almost two and a half months. Mr. Electric was able to send out technicians within a few days. Nick and Joseph were personable and professional and did a great job installing new motion detector fixtures. Would definitely recommend this company which appears to value customer satisfaction.

They use text and email to make sure you are inthe loop on scheduling and dispatch. Then do excellent work and are pleasant while in the home.
I will use them for any and all ectrical issues we need dealt with.

Moorey responded immediately to my text and scheduled a time to come out. He took care of the issue, explained the problem and I didn’t feel like I was overcharged at all. I will definitely be hanging on to his contact info for the future.
