I had a poor experience with Bates electrical. Had a tech come out to look at rewiring a Fiber cable through the attic. There is a $125 charge for them to come out. He looked at it and said it would not be easy and that he recommended I did NOT do it as it would be too difficult. He was there 15 minutes and I got charged $250 for the 15 minutes he was there. I guess they charged an extra hour (rounded up) of labor on top of the trip charge. I felt very taken advantage of. Even the tech said if it were his decision he wouldn't charge for such a short visit. I understand the initial $125 charge because I agreed to it, but the additional $125 just felt greedy.

We needed an electrician to complete our recent remodeling project. After checking reviews, we chose to go with JTE. The staff is extremely polite, helpful and knowledgeable. We made the right choice in selecting JTE, and you will too. From electrical outlets to lighting, we are more than pleased.

They use text and email to make sure you are inthe loop on scheduling and dispatch. Then do excellent work and are pleasant while in the home.
I will use them for any and all ectrical issues we need dealt with.

Had Eli come out and do a consultation for me at my business. Scheduled the work to be done in a few days and he also said that he would send me a quote. I texted him the next day to get the quote and to confirm our scheduled appointment, he did not reply back. He was a no-call, no-show. Had a very unprofessional experience, would not recommend.
