Our septic pump had become undone. The tech fixed the small leak but the pump line cannot be straightened out therefore I have to get a pumped truck out and then get Hiller back out to plumb the discharge pipe. I can’t believe Hiller can’t get a pumper truck out. If this was a commercial job they would. This is BS.

Absolutely terrible communication, service, and all around approach to business. Will not recommend or wish my experience upon any consumer. Ron required payment before he could schedule to replace my meter base - a fairly simple project. I paid him and he cashed my check immediately. 6 weeks later and after dozens of attempts to call, schedule, and have the work that I already paid for done, I have called it quits. My attorney is now taking this matter up.

Moorey did a wonderful job installing our new EV charger for our Tesla. He was prompt, on time, and reasonable. They even cleaned up after themselves! We will definitely keep him and his team in mind for future projects!
