Had new plumbing ran to an island and new fixtures for existing sink. Everything went smoothly, the guys were great and I paid exactly what they quoted me. Will come back for future work.

Brendon and Alex from ELS added a vent fan and installed an electrical outlet in our bathroom. They replaced wiring and fixed our electrical panel. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed. Everyone at ELS was very professorial, respectful, and timely. We will only use ELS going forward!

I had them come out to give me an estimate for a project. The electrician talked to me about the project, measured, had me pay for the estimate, and said someone would call with the pricing in a few days. I didn't hear from the company so I called them. The person on the phone said they didn't get the paperwork from the electrician so they couldn't give me an estimate. (Family emergency, I don't fault them for that.) I had a copy of the paperwork and offered to read the measurements but was told the paper I had was useless and he couldn't give me an estimate based on it. I called a few more times after this and left messages to see if they ever got the paperwork they needed from the electrician but didn't hear back.
I ended up filing a claim with my credit card to dispute the charge since I paid for a service that I never received. In the middle of this dispute, they sent a bill marked overdue to my mother (who owns the house I live in). The credit card company ruled in favor of Bates Electric because I signed a receipt agreeing to the charge. I only agreed to the charge because they were supposed to call me with the estimate. I still haven't received an estimate, this project started in May. They were more responsive to Chase during the dispute than they were to me when I was trying to get what I paid for.
I paid $180 for an estimate I never received.

Andy and Devin were both professional and very timely for our need.

Chase and David were great. Had some issues with the breaker that caused a whole home outage and arrived within an hour to have our power back on.

Hard to beat putting in a call at night and having them show up the next morning on time and getting the job done that day. On a Sunday at that. Would use them again.

Very professional, friendly, and punctual. They were able to install my tesla wall connector in a fast manner and cleaned up after they were done with the install. Highly recommend!

Mandy took my call and set up service right away. She was very friendly and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. Lou was my technician - very friendly, knowledge and efficient. It took him under an hour to complete the diagnostic and the repair. They are at the top of list!

The Craddock Team that came to my house was quick, very efficient, friendly, and above all else, extremely knowledgeable about their trade. Cleaned up their areas as they accomplished stuff. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

DO NOT USE- Came by to quote over a month ago, and has rescheduled/no showed for the work 3 times now. First reschedule was only after I texted to confirm it, the second after pushing my appointment from 3pm to 9pm before I had to ask if he was ever going to show, then he apologizes and chooses the next appointment... third time tells me he's on his way right when he's supposed to show at 10am and then radio silence for HOURS. Never to be heard from again. How hard is it to tell people you can't make it or can't take the work? I wish you could charge back appointments for all the time taken from you waiting around. ZERO if I could give a zero

They did excellent work installing a generator. They are honest and responsive. I highly recommend them.
