Lyle Edmunson and his workers installed a Generac 22 K W standby generator at our home.
Our interactions with this company and its installers were consistently informative, helpful, and pleasant. We feel that their work was done in a skillful, knowledgeable, and careful way with care for our house and appropriate cleanup. Our gas and electric services were on opposite sides of our home, and they quickly performed an installation that was specifically tailored for our home. We are very pleased with this company’s work.
Just wanna thank Craig for a pleasant service on our entire home generator. Gave us great recommendations for keeping it in solid running condition also.
Called Lyle set up an appointment for a Friday 11am. No call no show..
I called the office, a woman answered and said she would find out what happened and call me back.. She called back and said there was an emergency job and missed my appointment. I was fine with that although a call would have been nice since I left work early to meet them. Its a 12K to 15K project.. The woman asked if I would like Lyle to call and set up another appointment.. which I said yes....2 weeks later, Never heard back.. 15K job to someone else.. OH Well.. and the review below from Lyle A is either the owner or works there.. funny
I am very happy with the work done.They installed a generator. The crew was polite, respectful and efficient! They immediately came back when I had one issue with a breaker. I would highly recommend these guys!
Scheduled 3 appointments to get an estimate for a full home generator and all three were cancelled the day of the appointment. Came home from work early and received the first cancellation while waiting for them to show up. Incredibly inconsiderate customer service is usually indicative of work quality.
Had them come out for a generator estimate. needless to say we went with them and what a great experience from start to finish. this is truly a great Generator company. since the install we lost power and the unit has performed as promised. I will recommend them to everyone i know

We recently had a 50 KW Cummins Generator installed at our residence
and a 22 KW Generac Installed at our lakehome. Both the sale and installs were handled so professionally by LA and his team. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends .

I couldn't have been more pleased with the service on my generator provided by Jack at Nash Generator. Jack did a thorough job at troubleshooting and addressing my issues. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and made me feel more comfortable with the generator itself. Lyle and Jack both were professional and efficient.

Lyle and his company were very professional with our generator installation. They were very informative and assured me that any problems I may have they would remedy quickly and efficiently. They were on time and very respectful! I would recommend them to anyone and I will! We don’t have to worry about if we loose power, or when inevitable circumstances occur. Thank you for the peace of mind you have given us! If you want the best LA power is it!

Lyle and his team came out and installed our generator. They arrived on time and were very informative. Since they’ve been back for a routine maintenance and jack and Egan were very polite and thorough with the work up! We can’t thank Las custom power/Nashville generators enough for keeping my family out of the dark when the lights go out!

i have been looking at having a whole house system installed. so i called
out a few companies. One of them was LA of La;s custom power. he was so informed and engineer savvy that i felt they were the right choice.
All went smooth from the sale and install stand point.The guys were so professional i thought i was part of a Hollywood production. it was'nt long
before we lost power and the unit worked as promised. this company is highly recommended

Lyle is a hands-on businessman who goes the extra mile for his customers. He personally supervised the installation of my generator and approved all work every step of the way. He and Craig are really knowledgeable and helpful. When I lose power it's never more than forty seconds until everything returns to normal. Good folks to deal with.

Needed my generator serviced it took them 2 weeks to call me back after multiple phone calls to them,to let me know they don’t service outside of nashville I’m 30 minutes from downtown
They did excellent work installing a generator. They are honest and responsive. I highly recommend them.

The guys that came out were affable and were very thorough. I appreciated that they explained everything to me when I asked specific questions. Signed up for the maintenance plan. Great work.

Lyle and his team installed a Cummins whole-home generator. They did all the things you really want but rarely find: Made prompt appointments; kept the appointments; returned phone calls; answered emails; explained what they were doing. And the crew actually trotted around the yard during the install. Painless.
