Came home around 4:30pm to a leaking water heater. Hiller was able to send out a technician that night to fully replace it. He was very polite, friendly, and able to answer our questions clearly and without sounding patronizing or condescending. Hiller took what was a stressful situation for my family and made it painless. We'll definitely use them again!

My experience with Hiller electric today went absolutely above and beyond the experience of true customer service and impeccable attention to detail with a smile and hustle attitude as Jake, my Hiller electrician onsite for the service call today, was able to fix the electricity in the upstairs bedrooms of my condo. Jake greeted me with a smile, was extremely positive and easy to talk to, made me laugh on more than one occasion, and executed the repair quietly and quickly in a very professional manner. Craddock electric came out to fix an electrical issue we had at our house. Mr. Craddock was great dealing with over the phone, his crew showed up on time, they fixed the issue as promised and at a fair and reasonable fee. If I ever have an electrical issue again they will be my first call!

We received a fair estimate and knew we had a bunch of work to be done. They were on time and spent most of the day knocking out our list of upgrades. Very professional, courteous and accommodating. No problem when we couldn't switch an existing outlet to 220 and had to add a new one instead. We'll definitely use Discount Electric again and recommend them to family, friends and neighbors!

Could not have asked for better service! After purchasing an older home in Nashville and encountering a few electrical problems, I contacted multiple electricians/companies to get quotes. Many of the companies drafted outrageous quotes, attempting to sell us on things that we didn't ask for and do not need at the moment. As new homeowners, we want to aware of any issues our house may have -but be able to consult professionals honestly about what needs to be prioritized. John was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. He treated us with respect and answered all of our questions quickly, efficiently, and positively. Beyond that, on the date of his service he confirmed his arrival before hand and was right on time. He handled the job on his own (when other companies doubled the quote due to needing multiple men) in 95 degree heat, in an unconditioned attic space. And beyond that, not that you'd need more, his rates were highly competitive. I could not recommend him enough! We will be using him for all of our electrical needs from this point onward.
