Grayland and James were very thorough in testing everything out and letting us know what the issues were (if any) and what we could do. Needed to install microwave and stove and fix an outlet in the kitchen. They were so accommodating to me calling last minute and worked to meet my needs. The two men were super nice and kind to me, a woman, and I really appreciated that they were not condensing and explained everything clearly and respectfully. We appreciated the upfront pricing and good communication. We had reached out to 3 other electricians to do this service and either got no response or scheduled so far out as to be of no help. They recently did some work at a rental property of mine. It wasn't a difficult job, but they showed up on time, communicated clearly, treated my tenant with respect and was fairly priced. They even came back the next day when my tenant thought there was still an issue with one of the outlets. It turned out to be a misunderstanding and I really appreciate their prompt service and follow up. I will definitely be using them again for all future electrical needs.

This is a real review, I hope the others on here are real as well... I had no problem with the actual work. The problem was the pricing. It was not transparent or fair. The bill was not itemized to show cost of materials or labor, it just had a final price. No idea how he got to the final number.
The final cost was twice as much as my contractor estimated and when we asked about it, Craddock immediately threatened us with lawyers.
No conclusion on his final bill, he basically just did the work and then got to name his own price. Beware!

They were efficient, polite, and so very nice to work with. They fixed our fountain; installed peripheral outdoor deck lighting and put LED lightbulbs in our spots and repositioned them to focus the beams better. I'll most definitely call them again if the need arises.

Couldn’t be more happier with their work.
I have found them to be very knowledgeable about electrical needs. He takes his time to do it right so it doesn't have be done twice. I had an emergency and they were out in just a few hours, fixed the electrical in my shack, my camper, and ran a line between the two so it could be used as a temporary living space while my home was being renovated. Craddock's didn't take ANY shortcuts, the electric has been running 24/7 for three weeks in the camper. I can't imagine anyone else being able to pull this off considering the condition of the shack and the camper.

Where to start! First, the owner of the company answering the phone on a Monday morning just makes me feel warm and fuzzy! Gary was awesome. We had a home inspection come back with lots of scary recommendations and Gary set our minds at ease. His honesty and knowledge was reassuring and we immediately relaxed. We had a few days to closing and I dropped a huge list on to Gary. He sprung into action, looking over the home inspection report and having an action plan, with WAY affordable rates. All scary electrical items from home inspection were handled and finished in ONE day!! Highly recommend Craddock Electrical.

I called late this morning about a burnt light switch and broken light fixture in my son's bedroom closet. They promptly scheduled an appointment SAME DAY 2-4pm. Grayland and James were 10 minutes early. They came in, assessed the situation, and quoted options for the work and repairs needed. Once I chose what work to have done, they gave me an exact amount it would cost; I agreed and they got to work. They finished all the work in under an hour, cleaned up their work area, and showed me everything they did to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. The bonus was interaction with Grayland Hixson and Derick Gladney - very professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in my satisfaction. These two gentlemen are the best!! My initial experience with receptionist didn't go well so I rated one star and stated, I do not recommend Craddock's Electrical Service. However, the very next day Richard Hixson showed up at my house to apologize. A few hours later, Gary Craddock (owner) showed up at my house to apologize. Both visits were unexpected yet much appreciated! Never have I had 2 people (one is owner) from a company take time to personally come to my home and apologize. They didn't call or text or e-mail - they personally drove to my house. In my view, taking responsibility and being accountable for improving demonstrates uncommon integrity and the high value they place on how people are treated by their employees. This experience has changed my mind competely about who Craddock's Electrical Service is. I've decided to use them for my project (install new 120v circuit for bath fan & heater) and I'm looking forward to working with them. I highly recommend Craddock's Electrical Service for all your electrical needs!
Scheduling was easy. Nathan was very honest and didn’t push me to do anything that wasn’t immediately necessary. My electric hookup is outdated and ideally should be moved away from the roof to the front of the house (NES does not pay for upgrades). I was advised to wait until I sell or start having issues. I definitely appreciated his honestly and happily payed the service fee.

This company is the only one I will work with in the future… for as long as that’s an option. Call them up, pay whatever they ask, and just let them take care of you. I’ve not regretted it yet.

Gary was great! He came and diagnosed and fixed an issue we were having with power to a set of lights in a stairwell and garage. He explained what caused the issue and had it all fixed up in less than half an hour. Highly recommended, we’ll call him again should we have any other electrical needs.
Paul did a fantastic job. He was very polite and considerate. He'll be my go-to guy from here on.

Excellent experience. Paul was nice, listened to the issues, responded with both information and advice, did what was needed but not what wasn't needed. The cost was reasonable.

Loved working with Craddock’s! Their customer service and dispatch department is super friendly and flexible. The electricians on site were so friendly, positive, and a pleasure to have in our home. Also Derick came to our home twice and he is so kind! I recommend Craddock’s to everyone.
