Hiller was quick to respond on a Sunday. Their technician kept me informed on when he would arrive. Very quick to determine the problem and provide me with options. He had all the necessary parts and water heater at the shop. He left and returned quickly and removed and replaced my old 40 gal water heater with a new more efficient 50 gal water heater. Steve did an awesome job and he took all the trash and old water heater with him. There are no problems when you call Hiller!

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.

I had been calling electricians all weekend. I was told multiple times know one could come out for 2 weeks. Rocky was booked but still took the time to come help me and my family get our fuse box panel fixed. We had been staying at my end laws all weekend. Thanks to Rocky we are home tonight. I will definitely call him again if we have issues in the future. I highly recommend.

I needed my old landscape lights replaced so I called Bates Electric. They sent Ryan out and he showed up in a timely manner and quickly went to work on replacing my lights. He was very polite and attentive. My lights work great! I would call Bates Electric again based on Ryan's performance and connection.

I have honestly not had their service, but just wanted to comment about their company vehicle driving like a mad man this morning at 630 AM in the rain. He was driving extremely close to vehicles and speeding around them. Not sure what the rush was, but we would all like to make it to work alive today. Thanks.

Jacob The Electrician is always my first call. They've installed an EV charger, work in my kitchen, new dedicated circuits-- they knock it all out of the park! Highly recommend this team. Jeff and Charles did the work today, but anyone they send out are solid folks to do your electrical work!
