Ricky, Brian, Jacob, and John were all very professional and knowledgeable. Ricky was very thorough, was not pushy, and offered us several options, above and beyond what we expected. Brian listened to what we wanted and offered solutions to meet our needs. Jacob and John were thoughtful and went above and beyond as well. They even took the time to fix a couple other issues we were having with a HVAC separate unit. Everyone wore masks and shoe covers when appropriate. They even took a moment to tell me how much they love working for Jimmy Hiller and the crew. Even Daphne and Joy did their part to make sure we had a first class experience. These employees are the reason Hiller should be everyone’s first call, either with a simple service and maintenance check or an emergency complete system failure. Thank you, Hiller!

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.
