Clay is an example of how all customer facing technicians/project managers should behave.Customers want honesty and facts that allow them to make the best informed decisions for their families and without Clay on our job, I don’t believe I would have had the visibility to make the right decisions for me. I would advise anyone in north Nashville that decides to go with Hiller to request Clay on their job.Other Hiller employees in my house over the course of 3 days for these jobs were polite and efficient (Andrew was great too). I had a little trouble in the sales process but that was rectified (because of Clay) and all is now good.

Coolray went above and beyond when our family was displaced due to electric and HVAC issues. They handled the communication between departments and technicians, taking stress off of me. They gave honest quotes and explanations. We appreciated their expertise and professionalism.

Last week, I called on Thursday and again yesterday (Monday). Each time I left a voicemail briefly describing my electrical problem and left my phone number. The phone was not answered during business hours. I did not hear back from this business. I don't know if they are on vacation, ill or too busy.

I wanted to get an overhead light installed in a room, as I had just moved in and was missing it. I called to book an appointment but it took over two weeks before they actually showed up. I canceled that service with them and was given Bates Electric's information. Within the next 48 hours, I had a helpful technician come in and take a look at the job and recommended the best way to get it done, which was more affordable than what I was expecting. We signed a contract that day and he left to get all of the supplies he needed. Once everything was gathered, they came back on time and got straight to work, refusing to leave until they were complete and every detail that we'd discussed had been completed exactly how we'd wanted it to. At the end, we were sent a bill for their services which I paid online through their website using PayPal immediately after receiving it.
