He was a great technician and made sure that we had an accurate assessment of our issues I will definitely use them in the future and he will finish this job within a couple days when the parts arrive. I will give this company and Mariano 5 out of five stars I will definitely use again.

I'm a first time Tesla car owner and I needed a 14-50 receptacle to charge it. I used Tesla's certified list of electrical companies to install it. First on the list is The Electric Connection, I went on their website and answered few questions about the service that I need. They replied right away through email and give me details about the service which is really great of them. Very professional in all terms like answering my questions and giving some insights in some of my electrical concerns. So I made an appointment, 2 guys came on time Eddy and Carlos. It was a 2 hr. Job but they finished it in less than an hour and a half. They were quick and efficient and polite in answering my questions. Nice guys and commendable! I'm definitely going with The Electric Connection for my future electrical projects. More power to you guys!

Alex & Alex did a fantastic job installing an EV charger for me. We live in a townhouse set-up with a shared garage so it wasn't as straightforward as an install in a single family house. Nevertheless, Alex was extremely patient in walking me through the steps: where they need to cut, where they need to drill, and where the electrical lines would run. He made sure I understood the process 100% but most importantly he was accountable to everything he had said and promised. The job turned out to be more difficult than originally planned, but he stuck to the original estimate and didn't charge me any additional. He's an electrician I truly can trust. Needless to say, the job was done perfectly. Alex, his step-dad, and apprentice was efficient in their work and finished everything in just a few hours. Couldn't be happier with this decision!

With this crazy weather we been having. I came home from a nice day with the family , to find part of my house with no power. I was so confuse, decided to go on google and saw Express electrical service page , with a $50 coupon. Decided to call , the customer service representative answer with a great greeting, explain how they work and that they can have someone within 60-90mins. My technitian arrive within the time frame, Franco came check it out and explain to me what was wrong, gave me the price with various options and financing programs available. The team lead was an excellent communicator. He explained what they would be doing, where they would be, and when they would need to turn off the electricity and restore it. He showed me how to plug in the charger and what to be sure not to touch. And then he had me do it so that I had practice. He was creative when a change had to be made and open to suggestions. And they cleaned up everything and returned everything to it's proper location. It was a pleasure working with them. In addition, before starting the job, the Managing Director came to my house and discussed the installation options with me and we chose what would be done together.
