The service tech you sent (Jorge) was very knowledgeable he took his time and checked the components on the Resistance welder
And explained the tests he was making on each component as he went through the machine. As a supervisor I have worked with countless number of service techs such as Jorge
And I must say he is at the top of my list as professional, knowledgeable and thorough. You hit a homerun with this guy
I will be using Southwest Industrial Electrical Again.

Excellent customer service and communication. Quick turnaround when it comes to scheduling and proposal deliveries - they make the effort to follow up with me as opposed to the other way around which is such a blessing. All of their techs also have excellent communication skills, really know their stuff and actually put personal care and attention into their work. A very good group of individuals all throughout their ranks to work with. I would highly recommend Southwest Industrial Electric.

We called Southwest because we were having issues with our labeling machine. They were quick and courteous in sending a technician. The technician examined the machine and honestly told us that the problem is not electrical but mechanical and did not charge us. I appreciated the honesty.

My name is Nelson & I am the Cable Assembly Department Supervisor for a company named TMB. I recently contacted Southwest because we were experiencing some issues with one of the molding machines in the department. They sent a technician to our location & found the issues in the matter of minutes. He made a few adjustments on the machine & provided me with information on parts that need to be replaced soon. The overall experience was a great one & I would definitely continue contacting them whenever we have anymore issues with our machines.

Terrible service. They claimed to have 24 hour emergency service but no one is there to answer phones, left message and no return call. Went with local shop they fixed our problem within the hour.
