I had an good experience with Bradley when quoting a drainage pipe problem I encountered. He was thorough and went out of his way in educating me of the problems I was encountering and potential causes for these issues. This highlights the value in what repairs need to do and also adds to that value by taking his time to educate me on the overall system and problems that we are solving. I am grateful for his expertise and experience because he was able to translate it to me as the customer and add value. Unfortunately the estimate for the work I needed was outside the scope of my budget but honestly my experience with Bradley encourages me to call back for any future needs.

All I can say is that I am satisfied with the professional manner that they handled my shower installation. I had a massive leak in the pipeline. When they arrived in, they were efficient and productive in the manner that they terminated the task and how it got done. Amazing work.

They arrived out and helped me choose a great quality vent fan, one that doesn't make much noise and it's energy efficient. The repairman was professional and helpful. Then, after my new parts arrived they finished the job in a timely manner.

I almost didn't leave a review because I am embarrassed. Hank came on time and was professional and courteous. We needed our thermostat replaced. The first thing he did was check the batteries. The dead batteries. Once the air was blowing cold again he changed our embarrassingly dirty filter. There was no charge for either of these services. As much as I would like to pretend the entire thing never happened - I can't let such respectful work go unremarked upon.

From begin to finish, they demonstrated that they are your old school local contractor that takes care of its community at a far price with an honest approach. 6:30 A.M. we realized our wasn't working. contacted and got a professional knowledgable customer work rep who decribed what would happen well. Got an immediate call from a tech who kept in touch as he moved through other appointments and then came to do a rapid assessment and the system was repaired within minutes! Breathing easy now. These folks are the best.

I was amazed at how Ryan was able to get to my house. The job was beyond my ability and Ryan was able to complete the install same day. Cleaned up and had me inspect the job before I even paid. Just good service.

I’ll never job with any other electrician after my experience with All About Electric! I called Clarence to replace all of the smoke detectors in my house and to map/re-label the breaker panel. He was direct, letting me know exactly what costs to expect, including equipment, trip fee, and hourly minimum before scheduling. He came on time (early actually), clearly communicated his plan for the project, and completed the work both and professionally. Thanks Clarence!

terrifc service. responsive. Able to schedule an appt the same day for an emergency situation - much more than most other electricians. We were without electricity and one of the managers, Adrian, went the extra mile after task hours to service walk us through procedures to get electricity up and running again. He was skilled, patient and generous with his time. I would recommend this service.

I was impressed with this work from beginning to end, Henry was knowledgeable and informative. I thank the lady that answered the call after hours with the pointer on removing the cap from the clean out to give my system relief, which saved me from extreme water damage. good Service!

Matt, Jorge and Jimmy installed a Navien boiler and on demand hot water heater. Looks pretty complex to me but all went smoothly. So far so good. Goes through inspection next week.

All task was done in a professional and expedient manner. The guys cleaned up after themselves and were courteous. All good.
