Turn Electric is Amazing! It was a super Fast Response to my inquiry for a quote. I needed a chandelier removed and replaced with a newer/larger chandelier. They charged me $499 to replace 3 GFCI outlets. You can buy a pack of 4 GFCI outlets at Home Depot for $49. So, their so call free service call with a membership fee is just a way to lock you in and jack up the price. You can easily get a free quote from many other electricians. I will advise to shop around before using this company. I called an electrician shop in Eagle Rock, but they sent an electrician from Montebello. It's not what I expected at all.

Pacific Gold does annual maintenance on our back up generator (we are in an area that loses electricity too frequently). By it's nature, we don't think much about a back up generator - until something has gone wrong (and then we need electricity for work, a/c, heat, everything!). Pacific Gold has us on their tickler system, and each January (without any hassle) Freddie comes out, does a tune up, and we are set. But nothing is ever perfect. If power goes out and for some reason the battery didn't hold up, Freddie is incredibly responsive - including during pouring rain. Old fashion customer service and care.

Used this company to instal a 240V outdoor receptacle. Communication was excellent from the beginning, with no need to talk to some call center but directly to the electrician. He came promptly and provided a reasonable quote for the job. No charge for the estimate which seems to be commonly charged by other providers. Work was done promptly and professionally. Payment was simple through zelle. I will certainly be hiring LA-Electricians again for future jobs.

David was VERY responsive to my inquiry via Yelp for a porch light fixture installation that potentially included an issue with the existing wall switch. He was able to send his technician, Gabe, out the same day and within the one-hour window he promised. Gabe was very professional, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had to go up into the attic crawlspace to see what wiring had been done years ago that was affecting the existing switch and fixture. He offered two solutions (much appreciated) and I chose to go with the simpler, straighforward approach. After a quick run to Home Depot to get a necessary part, my outdated fixture was gone and the new porch fixture was up and working. So glad I called Primo Electric instead of attempting to do this myself. I will definitely call them for any future electrical work needed.
