We were having a shortage issue at our home, lights were causing other lights to go out and what not. Called branover to come out and take a look at what was going on. We ended up needing a full panel upgrade/replacement. They gave us a fair price and did the work pretty quickly. There workers were great and answered any questions or concerns that we had. We now use them for any electrical problems we have. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of electrical service.

Our technician Jesse was excellent to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable. Worked neatly and was respectful of my home. Fixed the electrical issues I was having and made sure my home was safe.

I requested dual GFCI switches replaced over the phone. Offer was for $99 one-year charge or $79 service fee. Electrician came over and said another $189 diagnostic fee. I told him it should not cost over $300. After 2 hours he could not replace the switch and blamed wiring. The company charged me $600 for putting in standard switch and not GFCI in the kitchen wet area. Not only did they not do the correct work but over charged and said member ship was included. The company charged me on 2 credit card accounts. One over the phone and one at home. They did not give me a written estimate before starting. Everything was on his tablet.

Artin has been working with my landscape design company on many projects over the past couple of years installing lighting plans which involve both 120v and 12v systems. He has also installed wireless audio and security camera systems for clients as well. My clients really appreciate what he is capable of doing and brings to the project. About half of my clients hire Artin to do other electrical projects such as the electrical installation for pools, air conditioners and electrical shade awnings. He is straight forward on project details, honest, and a consummate professional. Artin also stays up to date on evolving technologies involving Smart Phone/Smart House system applications which we use and incorporate a lot for the lighting systems that we install. Artin is an excellent electrician with a wonderful respectful attitude.

David was VERY responsive to my inquiry via Yelp for a porch light fixture installation that potentially included an issue with the existing wall switch. He was able to send his technician, Gabe, out the same day and within the one-hour window he promised. Gabe was very professional, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. He had to go up into the attic crawlspace to see what wiring had been done years ago that was affecting the existing switch and fixture. He offered two solutions (much appreciated) and I chose to go with the simpler, straighforward approach. After a quick run to Home Depot to get a necessary part, my outdated fixture was gone and the new porch fixture was up and working. So glad I called Primo Electric instead of attempting to do this myself. I will definitely call them for any future electrical work needed.
