I really don't know where to start with Freddie and Pacific Electric because he's literally my favorite contractor I have ever worked with. Dealing with remodeling or repairs is daunting enough but I had a house fire right before lockdown and went through a lot of extremely stressful times dealing with the repairs which was only compounded by the pandemic and supply chain delays and inflation. Lots of shady individuals, bait and switch, bloated estimates with poor attention to detail. Meeting Freddie was a huge relief. He was the most reliable, conscientious, knowledgable and all around awesome person in the whole multi year experience. He and his cool team went above and beyond and he was always there to make sure it was right as well as looked out for me with other trades and referred me to other great people. I am very grateful and can't recommend him highly enough.

Pacific Gold does annual maintenance on our back up generator (we are in an area that loses electricity too frequently). By it's nature, we don't think much about a back up generator - until something has gone wrong (and then we need electricity for work, a/c, heat, everything!). Pacific Gold has us on their tickler system, and each January (without any hassle) Freddie comes out, does a tune up, and we are set. But nothing is ever perfect. If power goes out and for some reason the battery didn't hold up, Freddie is incredibly responsive - including during pouring rain. Old fashion customer service and care.

Freddie and his crew were excellent. From the initial evaluation and proposal to the final inspection this team was professional, responsive, and really took pride in producing an Outstanding work product. I highly recommend Pacific Gold Electric.

The work was done well. The person that wrote the bad review is wrong because they are electricians not decorators. I had an backup generator installed, new electrical panels, a trench to bring 400 amps to the house and every visit they past city inspections. Thank you

Last minute weekend call when a tenant's electricity went out on one wall. Freddie came immediately, did the job with excellent prices and billing/payment was done remotely. He then took pictures of further work that needed to be done and sent a single message letting me know. No hard sell. Straightforward communication.

I have worked with Freddie Garcia and his excellent technicians for the past 7 years on two projects - both on homes built in the 1920's. Freddie helped me design new lighting schemes as well as updating old wiring and electrical panels. Always professional, they are a pleasure to work with.
