I've used The Electric Connection quite a few times since we first discovered them. The company is really well-run, the prices are fair, and all the electricians are very professional and nice. We've used them on big jobs (service upgrade) to electric charging stations in the garage for our Nissan Leaf, to miscellaneous small repairs like we did today. My wife and I continue to be loyal and satisfied customers.

I spoke to Alex (son) on the phone and he was upfront with me about having to source out my unknown problem.
He quoted me a service price and said it could be higher once the problem was found. He was very meticulous and he talked me though the steps he was taking. After trying many things Alex was able to locate and fix the problem. Since he was here I had him look over my house for other potential problems. He found some so I had him fix them. He was always careful to wear protective booties when the house, he cleaned the work area immaculately and fixed the entire problem to perfection. Oren also labeled my circuit breakers for me which was an added bonus. Called this company bc it said it was on Beverly Blvd. When I called, they said they’re located in the Valley. So didn’t like the misleading ad plus the dispatcher didn’t know why that was.

I really don't know where to start with Freddie and Pacific Electric because he's literally my favorite contractor I have ever worked with. Dealing with remodeling or repairs is daunting enough but I had a house fire right before lockdown and went through a lot of extremely stressful times dealing with the repairs which was only compounded by the pandemic and supply chain delays and inflation. Lots of shady individuals, bait and switch, bloated estimates with poor attention to detail. Meeting Freddie was a huge relief. He was the most reliable, conscientious, knowledgable and all around awesome person in the whole multi year experience. He and his cool team went above and beyond and he was always there to make sure it was right as well as looked out for me with other trades and referred me to other great people. I am very grateful and can't recommend him highly enough.
