Best Troubleshooting in Los Angeles CA

I just had one of Powell Electric's electricians at our home and when he left our home ai turned to my wife and said this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with anyone that did work in our home. Powell sent us a gentlemen who has been with the company for more than 20 years. His name is, Doug, and he was simply in jus one word INCREDIBLE . Doug walked with me around our home and I pointed out several concerns my wife and I had and as I did he took notes and asked questions, some I could answer and others I was not quite sure about. Doug was very patient and extremely diligent in finding out what the issues were that we needed to have fixed. Not only was he a great electrician, he was just as nice and kind as anyone could possibly be. He managed to find ways to completely fix some of the issues and one will need to be tended to next week. Frankly, I am looking forward to having Doug retuned because he was such a sweet guy along with being one heck of an electrical genius. Based on this experience, and the experience other family members have had when working with the folks at Powell Electric, I can without a moments hesitation recommend their company to anyone in need of excellent, qualified, and reasonably priced electrical electrical work throughout your home. I have requested service from Electric Connection many times over the last several years and each and every time they have arrived timely, completed the requested repairs and installation, always left the work site cleaner than when they arrived and I have never had to call them back. The electricians are very courteous and professional. I have always received great customer service from this company. I highly recommend.

They came out on a Saturday about an hour after I called. Professional and helpful...fixed the light switch and plug easily. I would definitely recommend.

My HoA provides me 3 approved electricians and I found a few more on the web. Alex and Alex offer the best value in term of pricing and customer service. Alex took the time to answer many of my questions on the phone and then in person. A few days later he and his crew show up on time and did a good job to make a new outlet, upgrade a breaker in my unit, and install new breaker and wiring through my unit to my parking underneath to install a ChargePoint EV charger on the wall. The job was well done professionally, and Alex take care of all the permit and inspection from the City. No need to shop around for EV charger installation, call Alex, and he will solve all the electrical problems for you.

I was installing a new hot water tank for our coffee shop and was stumped when it came to the wiring. I was fairly certain I had things wired up correctly but didn't want to risk a $1000 machine. I called Scott and he was extremely helpful. He managed to help me figure everything out over the phone with a little research and a few questions, plus he didn't even charge me. We were having a shortage issue at our home, lights were causing other lights to go out and what not. Called branover to come out and take a look at what was going on. We ended up needing a full panel upgrade/replacement. They gave us a fair price and did the work pretty quickly. There workers were great and answered any questions or concerns that we had. Called this company bc it said it was on Beverly Blvd. When I called, they said they’re located in the Valley. So didn’t like the misleading ad plus the dispatcher didn’t know why that was.

I really don't know where to start with Freddie and Pacific Electric because he's literally my favorite contractor I have ever worked with. Dealing with remodeling or repairs is daunting enough but I had a house fire right before lockdown and went through a lot of extremely stressful times dealing with the repairs which was only compounded by the pandemic and supply chain delays and inflation. Lots of shady individuals, bait and switch, bloated estimates with poor attention to detail. Meeting Freddie was a huge relief. He was the most reliable, conscientious, knowledgable and all around awesome person in the whole multi year experience. He and his cool team went above and beyond and he was always there to make sure it was right as well as looked out for me with other trades and referred me to other great people. I am very grateful and can't recommend him highly enough.

Artin has been working with my landscape design company on many projects over the past couple of years installing lighting plans which involve both 120v and 12v systems. He has also installed wireless audio and security camera systems for clients as well. My clients really appreciate what he is capable of doing and brings to the project. About half of my clients hire Artin to do other electrical projects such as the electrical installation for pools, air conditioners and electrical shade awnings. He is straight forward on project details, honest, and a consummate professional. Artin also stays up to date on evolving technologies involving Smart Phone/Smart House system applications which we use and incorporate a lot for the lighting systems that we install. Artin is an excellent electrician with a wonderful respectful attitude.
