When Eduardo installed a new fan in my bedroom it was shaking very badly. He blamed it on the ceiling. Also had a problem with a new outlet was told it was under warranty but they tried to charge me $100 to come back and look at it.

Steve came over after we had lost power in rooms. Breaker kept tripping. Steve took apart about 14 outlets looking for the problem. We had wiring done about 10 years ago now to find out it was done awfully. After 3 hours of diagnosing and realizing the issue is behind tile we decided to run 2 new lines from the panel to separate the Kitchen from the Garage. Over 18 outlets on one circuit. Steve brought in Joe from Jays J Electric to assist in the pulling of wires and hook up to main panel. They got it done in one day and a full day it was. Will call again for Turn Electric to help me with an outdoor hook up when the build is ready.

The process was seamless from scheduling a time to scope out my requirements on site, sending me an estimate via email for my review and approval, submitting the application for the required city permits, scheduling a time onsite to do the work (he brought in a crew of 4 and project took 1/2 day), meeting with the city inspector which was approved immediately, and invoicing with email receipt upon payment. John was great! Very professional and friendly. I had a very simple issue, just needed to put up a wired smoke detector way, way out of reach, and he patiently answered all my questions about an antique record player and some other things.
