They came back exactly when they said they would and while correcting the issue that needed to be resolved, they were nice to notify me of another issue under the house, that if I did not know about it would have gone unnoticed and cost me a lot more money to fix it then rather than getting ahead of the issue and correcting it now.

I met with 3 different electricians for installation of an electric car charger. In each meeting I pointed out a open conduit already in place, -- the electricians at the Electric Connection were the only group to listen and investigate. They discovered that that the available conduit was perfectly placed to access my parked car, reducing project costs by $4000! The project was quickly scheduled and neatly completed. I really don't know where to start with Freddie and Pacific Electric because he's literally my favorite contractor I have ever worked with. Dealing with remodeling or repairs is daunting enough but I had a house fire right before lockdown and went through a lot of extremely stressful times dealing with the repairs which was only compounded by the pandemic and supply chain delays and inflation. Lots of shady individuals, bait and switch, bloated estimates with poor attention to detail. Meeting Freddie was a huge relief. He was the most reliable, conscientious, knowledgable and all around awesome person in the whole multi year experience. He and his cool team went above and beyond and he was always there to make sure it was right as well as looked out for me with other trades and referred me to other great people. I am very grateful and can't recommend him highly enough.
