Company was contracted to prepare a court report document on damages done by previous electrician, AND a quote to repair. Charged me $399. Emailed me a quote for services and no damage report.Not only was it explained up front what was required, but I called Sam at the office to reiterate and go over WHAT the report needed to say WHILE Luis was standing in front of me taking notes.After I received the quote, I spoke to Luis again and was told now they won’t provide what I paid for. I again, stated that I did not pay $399 for a one page quote to install light fixtures and a few outlets, and that we had spent over an hour GOING OVER everything to be included in the report. He stated that he would check with the owner for a refund. Haven’t heard anything back from the company despite several emails. Still trying to get my money back from them. I have filed a dispute with my credit card, and will be following up with other agencies if that does not work.Edit 7/12/2022 in response:I have spoken to Luis MULTIPLE times, and to the owner Sam.I have corresponded via email requesting my money back, and was told to call them (I refuse to call, as I want a record of the conversations, since they are acting dishonestly and this may end up in small claims court). They were here solely to provide documentation about the work done by the previous electrician (there was visible damage everywhere) , that would be admissible in court, and they did not provide that.To charge me $399 for “not being able to see what was done” - and then claiming that this was what we agreed upon is neither honest nor showing any amount of integrity. Why would I pay $399 for a QUOTE, and an inspection you claim you could not do? You did not provide the documentation you were requested to provide. End of story. Refund my money.

The crew showed up on time to install our Tesla Home Charger. We went over the plan for the install and they very efficiently and with no fuss completed the install. Really glad I met this guy, my RV had a problem that we just purchased and we were stranded at the gas station. Damien took a look, it was just a fuse we were on our way. Later on that week we were having some issues with the lights, power pro came by when everyone said it would take at least a day or two.

When Eduardo installed a new fan in my bedroom it was shaking very badly. He blamed it on the ceiling. Also had a problem with a new outlet was told it was under warranty but they tried to charge me $100 to come back and look at it.

I had a ceiling fan I took down in my daughter’s room. I replaced it with a chandelier she picked out. I flipped the switch and the fuse blew. Tried re-wiring it and still the same thing. I called Turn Electric and in less than an hour the gentlemen came took a look and my mess and said not a problem. Within 20 minutes the chandelier was hanging and working. Price was very fair. I also wanted some other work done, that will require a bit more work and they said no problem he can come the next day to take care of it. Again he gave me a very fair estimate. Safe to say I will be saving their number for all my electrical needs.

This was our first time using All-in-One Electric and we were pleasantly surprised at how punctual, how knowledgeable and how quickly Stuart was able to see the problem and fix it, and at a reasonable rate.
