I've used The Electric Connection quite a few times since we first discovered them. The company is really well-run, the prices are fair, and all the electricians are very professional and nice. We've used them on big jobs (service upgrade) to electric charging stations in the garage for our Nissan Leaf, to miscellaneous small repairs like we did today. My wife and I continue to be loyal and satisfied customers.

I needed a job done ASAP- booked late on Friday for early Monday so was very pleased with that. Communication great all along- and technician Eduardo Leon was very knowledgeable and kind. We talked through different options for placing a dishwasher outlet and he understood my concerns and worked with me. I would definitely hire both Eduardo and LWE again.

After a recent home inspection we found an inoperable electrical outlet and an issue due to faulty wiring of our electrical service which was causing a circuit breaker to trip. This was actually fairly dangerous since it bypassed the circuit breaker and eliminated the entire purpose of having a circuit breaker which could have resulted in an electrical fire. Needless to say this was missed by our first home inspection. Based on Yelp reviews I went with Turn Electric and I am happy I did. From the beginning, Steve was responsive over the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Steve was able to troubleshoot the problems immediately and explain what the issues were to the home owner in layman's terms. The fixes were simple and he was done within an hour. I plan on using him again!
