Awesome service. Luis was professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and personable! He went right to work in assessing our situation. He fully explained everything that was happening and what the solution would be and an estimate of the costs involved. Unfortunately, the cost was too high and we decided to keep our status quo. However, we were impressed with Luis and our interaction with him solidified our confidence in Powell Electric’s ability to meet our needs. We will call them again!

The patches were a bit too much, need to be sanded out and painted. Besides that, the job looked done correctly.

Came for consultation never heard anything else from them. Promised a b8d work order with cost. Never received anything. I guess they can't handle older houses with older cables. Very disappointing! Never received the quote, maybe you sent to wrong email. After the electricity was repaired there was no reason to return your call. I would like to know what email address you had.

As soon as I called Power Pro Electric & Solar, they were able to come out and repair the outlet that had stopped working. He diagnosed the problem quickly and was professional and courteous. The day of the appointment, received an text message from Steven stating he was in route I appreciate that, Also Steven was on time, that is a big deal for me . He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The service I received was excellent. I will call them in the future if I need an electrician.
