Damion was very responsive over the phone, explained that it would cost me $49 and change for their guy to come out and give a diagnostic. However, once their guy actually comes out and I explain and show him the failing switches, he never actually does any diagnostic. Instead he calls in then goes to his truck then comes with a $4,450 contract to fix 2 unresponsive light switches, replace one exterior light fixture, then tells me to change out all of my kitchen recessed lighting and under cabinet lighting rather than just fix 2 lights. So now I'm $50 poorer with zero progress toward diagnosing or fixing the issues.

I've worked with Scott and team for a few years now (adding new power outlets indoor and outdoor, installing and replacing light fixtures etc). They are always professional and courteous. The quality of their work is impeccable and to code. I would recommend West LA Electric to anyone who need any electrical work done.
