Since Powell was the first electric company to address our needs, we felt it was logical to get a couple more estimates. For us, the overall price seemed a little pricey, but we don't know for sure without soliciting other companies. I am confident that if they do the work, it will be done professionally and correctly.

Came for consultation never heard anything else from them. Promised a b8d work order with cost. Never received anything. I guess they can't handle older houses with older cables. Very disappointing! Never received the quote, maybe you sent to wrong email. After the electricity was repaired there was no reason to return your call. I would like to know what email address you had.

Art, was excellent! His work through and explained everything to me. He was also very patient with the difficult tenant. Although there were several issues, he was able to trouble shoot the problems and correct them. He also had all the parts in his truck which didn't delay his completing the project. I'm very happy!

Matt, Jorge and Jimmy installed a Navien boiler and on demand hot water heater. Looks pretty complex to me but all went smoothly. So far so good. Goes through inspection next week.

They were awesome. The project was done professional project on all the install and there were several things that were not done correctly the first time, that he was able to troubleshoot and fix.
