This company does business professionally, from start to finish. Excellent communication at the outset. Bob asked for what he needed to assess if my electrical panel could support a Tesla Wall Connector, and give me an accurate quote for the cost. He was straight with me about how long it would take to schedule my installation. It was two weeks out because so many people are installing them. He have me an appointment, and then, a couple of days before it, asked if they could come a few hours earlier. They notified me when they were on their way, and arrived on-time and ready to work. Jose did a perfect job of installing it exactly how I wanted it, and was out in about an hour. (It was a basic installation right next to my electrical panel with a minimum of wire run, but it went like clockwork). I cannot recommend Electric Connection strongly enough. They were great to work with, they did great work, and they didi it reasonably and quickly. Thank you.

I spoke to Alex (son) on the phone and he was upfront with me about having to source out my unknown problem.
He quoted me a service price and said it could be higher once the problem was found. He was very meticulous and he talked me though the steps he was taking. After trying many things Alex was able to locate and fix the problem. Since he was here I had him look over my house for other potential problems. He found some so I had him fix them. The day of the appointment, received an text message from Steven stating he was in route I appreciate that, Also Steven was on time, that is a big deal for me . He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The service I received was excellent. I will call them in the future if I need an electrician.

An honest man! I had a problem with my dishwasher giving me a shock which you think would be an electrical problem. Steve came over and check all the wiring and panels in my home. Everything was grounded perfectly. The issue was within the dishwasher itself which either calls for a service technician or plumber. I sincerely appreciated Steve's honestly. He could have charged me any amount of money as this obviously is not my area of expertise. I wish I could comment on his work but I can't since I did not need to have anything done. I can tell you that if I ever need any electrical work, Steve is the man I will call. His integrity speaks volumes!

I called Branover to have my electrical panel upgraded and to have a Tesla car charger installed in my garage. They did an excellent job coordinating the panel upgrade with the electrical company and getting everything approved by the city. The Tesla charger installation was done proficiently. Great communication between Michael and me. I would definitely recommend them if you're looking to have any electrical work done.

I love your electrician so much! He was very excellent in all aspects. He has great customer service and was very skillful in fixing my breaker doesn't reset. He completed the repair so quickly without any mess. He also gave me some useful tips to follow to prevent issues in the future. I will call them in the future for any service.
