No charge, no fuss (it was an electrical issue). A pleasure to deal with. He is honest, fair, and, most important, loved our dog Rocco. I really feel I can trust his work and integrity. I have a big electrical job coming out, and I will use Doug. I never do these shout-outs but Doug really came through for our family. My house is warm and toasty. And Rocco wants to adopt him!
