He was straight with me about how long it would take to schedule my installation. It was two weeks out because so many people are installing them. He have me an appointment, and then, a couple of days before it, asked if they could come a few hours earlier. They notified me when they were on their way, and arrived on-time and ready to work. Jose did a perfect job of installing it exactly how I wanted it, and was out in about an hour. (It was a basic installation right next to my electrical panel with a minimum of wire run, but it went like clockwork). I cannot recommend Electric Connection strongly enough. They were great to work with, they did great work, and they didi it reasonably and quickly. Thank you.

They worked very promptly and quickly and it was a large effort because the parking spot was far - but they got it done ASAP and perfectly! Even promptly handled small revisions same day when the city permitter did the inspection and got it approved same day! (The longest wait time was from the city itself, waiting for the permit approval - but Mehdi was very prompt in following up immediately as each step of the city permit was approved).
