We should have waited for Alex! Another company came by, fiddled with this and that for about an hour and “assessed “ the intermittent connection issue, applied some electrical tape, and overcharged us for the privilege. Alex came by, asked direct questions, listened intently, checked the panel, focused on the exterior connector, assessed the issue within minutes, advised us to call DWP and didn’t charge us for his valuable time and expertise.
