Best Electrical System Repairs in Los Angeles CA

Powell electric charges $90 for a quote. We got quoted $4000 for a job that another electrician quoted us $1500 for. They are absolutely ridiculous with their prices and because we didn’t go with them we lost our $90

Here's my honest experience with this company 2 years ago :

I wish I wrote this earlier: I hired this company 2 years ago to install my level 2 wall charger because their reviews were good and they had the earliest appointment. They sent out a nice guy named Chris to install my wall charger. 3 months later, my model 3 wasn't charging. I found out the wall charger circuit board was fried. They sent Chris out to fix it. I called Tesla support and they asked for the electrician to call them. He didn't. He adjusted the amp and puts in a new circuit board. He refused to call Tesla and talked to his secondary boss instead. Another week later, my circuit board was heating up up. I talked to Tesla and they said the electrician should have called them. Electrical Connection sends Chris out again. He still refused to call Tesla, talking to his secondary boss instead. They both give me the run around saying that my wall charger was working fine even though my circuit board was running hot. I had to go through Tesla and they advised that the electrician call them so they can adjust some settings on the wall charger. I finally had to go the head of Electrical Connection to get things sorted out. She was nice enough to tell Chris to call Tesla. On his 4th visit last year, Chris finally called Tesla, adjusted the settings per Tesla's reccs and finally fixed the wall charger. As a customer and client, I SHOULD NOT BE CALLING TESLA MYSELF! Don't be cocky. All you needed to do was call Tesla. I even gave them the phone number and the information on how to adjust the settings. I shouldn't be doing that. Chris, you could have saved yourself time (my time as well), the hassle, and driving if you had just called Tesla about the wall charger the first time. I should not have to call your boss to do your job. A simple phone call would have fixed everything. Don't ignore your Tesla specialist. They are just a phone call away.

By the way, they charge $125 for maintenance.

We had Electricians Los Angeles replace and upgrade our electrical panel. They were knowledgeable and the work was completed with minimal disruption.

I almost didn't leave a review because I am embarrassed. Hank came on time and was professional and courteous. We needed our thermostat replaced. The first thing he did was check the batteries. The dead batteries. Once the air was blowing cold again he changed our embarrassingly dirty filter. There was no charge for either of these services. As much as I would like to pretend the entire thing never happened - I can't let such respectful work go unremarked upon.

Bill was awesome! knowledgeable and helpful. I just moved in back in May, and Bill has come out multiple times to service update the plumbing in my building and make sure is in tip-top shape. I so appreciate he has done! He is punctual, knowledgeable, and fair. Cannot endorse him enough!

This Electrical company was incredible in scheduling and had exceptional same-day service. They immediately sent an electrician for a recessed lights installation. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He also cleaned the working area after he was done and left my place spotless. Overall, It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you!

I was referred by a coworker and let me tell you how happy I was that I found them. First I contacted them about installing a EV charger and I am glad I did because they helped me make a right decision as far as what capacity charger to buy. Scheduled an initial consultation which went very well and told them about the model I wanna buy (juicebox 48), sent them the specs sheet. The day of installation they showed up promptly spent about 3 hours. The scope of work was pretty big as they needed to work on my electrical panel and wire about 50 feet to get it to my desired location. The job was very well and professionally done. They even made me a nice laminated map for my breakers in my panel. Great idea because the black markers ware off. Once again I wanna thank everyone in the company and highly recommend them for any electrical work you may have. I took one picture of the charger but that doesn’t do justice on the amount of work that was done.
