This is the 2nd time I've hired the Electric Connection in two years. Great company. The first was to install a ceiling fan and additional outlets. Now they have relocated some outlets, added two dedicated circuits to my balcony, added additional switches to my breaker box, and run wiring from the balcony to the breaker box. I really appreciate the multiple phone conversations I had with James, prior to booking them for the job. He helped me trouble shoot my issues and gave me options for a solution over the phone. The technicians who came to give me an estimate were on time, wrote notes and sent me photos with details of the work they were recommending. The actual two technicians who did the work were fast, efficient, and did not make a big mess. When it comes to Electrical work you get what you pay for. Go with the pros.

I spoke to Alex (son) on the phone and he was upfront with me about having to source out my unknown problem.
He quoted me a service price and said it could be higher once the problem was found. He was very meticulous and he talked me though the steps he was taking. After trying many things Alex was able to locate and fix the problem. Since he was here I had him look over my house for other potential problems. He found some so I had him fix them. I had an good experience with Bradley when quoting a drainage pipe problem I encountered. He was thorough and went out of his way in educating me of the problems I was encountering and potential causes for these issues. This highlights the value in what repairs need to do and also adds to that value by taking his time to educate me on the overall system and problems that we are solving. I am grateful for his expertise and experience because he was able to translate it to me as the customer and add value. Unfortunately the estimate for the work I needed was outside the scope of my budget but honestly my experience with Bradley encourages me to call back for any future needs.

I called Steve from Turn Electric today regarding a problem with an electrical outlet in our house. He came after work hours to diagnose and explain what the problem was and gave a free estimate on how much it would cost to fix it. The price was fair and he did a great job fixing the outlet.

I would like to be clear with people reading this review, a lot of electricians out there will charge you to just come out to check out the problem that you have and give you an estimate. Some will even charge an hour's work rate just to do that which can be around a couple of hundred bucks. Steve came after business hours and explained what the problem was and gave a free quote. I only had to pay for the actual work done. The feeling that I got from him was that he was an honest guy that does a great job at a fair price. He doesn't try to price gouge or try to recommend any extra work that is not necessary. It felt like I was dealing with a good neighbor. Looks like I found a go to guy for my electrical needs. Jose and Julio came out and made recommendations regarding outdoor lighting which sounded reasonable. They completed the work in a couple of hours and cleaned up. All works perfectly. Very reasonable price. Great company and staff!

One call to Branover was made and they came in, surveyed our needs and presented a solution. We had two new 30A outlets installed along with two additional 110 outlets.
