ETA was between 12-3. I called Powell at 3, since one has reached out to me. I was given a window of 30 more mins. About 50 minutes later the technician arrived.Juan was courteous, professional, thorough & used Covid safety precations. He was very helpful in explaining his findings & repair recommendations. Unfortunately the pricing is not in my current budget and I'll have to hold off. Fortunately I was assured by Juan that the wiring was fine in both the light fixture & attic.I question the slogan we'll fix it in a flash as I made an appt on Monday & given a Wednesday date. Also, if I could have afforded the $1,000 quote, the repair date would have been two days out. The quote woukd be to install an electrical box with one that supports a ceiling fan and installation of a new ceiling fan which I had in my possession.

Alex and Alex are a great team and did an incredible job installing recessed lighting in our home. They gave us great advice on what lights we should use, how many we would need to light the space, and what distance would be optimal for coverage. On the days of the installation, they worked carefully and efficiently and made minimal holes for an easier patch up. I cannot recommend these guys enough! They are great!

We woke up one more to our deep freezer outlet no longer working and a handful of other outlets. Just as we were diagnosing the issue, we saw one of the company's vans driving through our neighborhood. contacted them right away and they dispatched the driver to our home within the hour! The day of the appointment, received an text message from Steven stating he was in route I appreciate that, Also Steven was on time, that is a big deal for me . He was courteous and clean, came in a fixed my ceiling fan, It took him an hour. He clean up behind him self. Came back with the bill I paid him , he shook my hand. The service I received was excellent. I will call them in the future if I need an electrician.

I recently hired A Custom Electric for an emergency repair where a plumber cut through an electrical pipe when he was sawing a cement slab at the Wallis Theater in Beverly Hills.
