When I was calling around to get a quote from various electricians, Dial One was, by far, more responsive than anyone else we called.We had them replace the main panel in a house built in 1960, as well as ground some outlets and install GFIs. With each appointment, everyone arrived promptly and all of the employees were friendly and pleasant.The work was done well and the price came in under the estimate. The electricians were good about cleaning up after they were done and were very respectful of our belongings and property.I would certainly recommend Dial One to anyone looking for an electrician.

He not only corrected the issue but also improved the illumination in my kitchen. My appliances have been working fine for well over a year now. In general, I am rather pleased with his performance.

Our lights have been acting weird flashing on and off. A electrician from Austin Energy said there was corrosion in our meter can. Today Ray came out and waited for another Austin Energy to shot off the power so Ray of Bowne could replace the bad parts. He is now waiting for the power to be restore. We are delighted with how Bowne responded so quickly and for the excellent work they continue to do for us.

Just purchased a new outdoor light installation from this company. The customer service was great, the price is competitive, and the installers were amazing! I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and family.

After taking the day off from work and scheduling a week in advance, Brian from Bryant Electric came to my house to replace 10 light switches, rewire a 3-way switch, and reconnect a receptacle. His charge for 4-hours of work? $1529.00! More than double a full day rate for an electrician. Of course I had no choice but accept the charges, since I had already waited a week and taken the day off of work.I just don't think this is an honest business practice. Bryant should offer a fair hourly rate. They overcharged me and I'm not going to use them again for my projects, and I've got lots of projects. Short term gain, long term loss.
