Bon and Caleb came out and gave me estimates for several items I needed help with. Bon helped me understand how old my breaker box was and what all comes into play with installing ceiling fans where overhead lights are currently.Bon's estimates were detailed and he explained everything so I understood it. He was personable and helpful. And I will have them come back to work on my projects.Also, Patrick was good help when I was setting up my appointment, which is when we had a local power outage that I was unaware of. Plumber Tech. Anthony Vozella did an excellent job of repairing a plumbing leak that was inside wall of house. Pleasant personality and professional. He obviously loves his job and is good at it.

A-ONE Electric is a locally-owned business, an ethically and expertly-run operation owned by Karen Phaup. She and two of her employees just updated some of the wiring in our 100-year old house, not an easy piece of work because a structure this old can be eccentric. Her evaluation of our issues was thorough, communication was clear, and her manner is pleasant and cheerful. The proposal/contract was issued promptly, it was comprehensive and reasonable, and work was begun and finished in a timely manner. Following that we had two outlets that were acting-up and that concerned us, and A-ONE came by immediately and took care of the problem. Highly recommended.

After a recent ice storm and Austin's latest surprise reversion to 1890's living, I had enough. I bought a 7500 AMP generator. I needed a 50A inlet on the side of the house for said generator. Austin Electrical Services quoted me for an interlock kit that allows me to disconnect my house from the mains and run it off the generator. They showed up on time, did the work professionally, and briefed me on safe use of the system. They're local, and I recommend them!

Brighthouse Electric ROCKS! I needed some can lighting done in my kitchen. However, I didn’t know any other details that I needed to provide,( except that I wanted this work completed.) They took complete care of me and even worked with my schedule. I asked off work for the day they were scheduled to come, but my job needed me last minute. I called Mendy, the owner, and she was quick to reschedule me to my next day off. She was kind and worked around my schedule. Austin was the tech that came to my house and he was as polite as can be.
