Best Maintenance Air Conditioner in Austin TX

Wishing I had read these reviews beforehand!Similar to other stories here... I called to get an idea of how much it was going to cost to convert an outlet for an electric dryer. I was told $59.00 to get an estimate. Based on my research it should only cost a couple hundred for an electrician to switch the dryer outlet.The technician that came out, Brian, was great. He was friendly and helpful, but their prices are ridiculously expensive. $1000-$5000 to switch an outlet.I understand there was a hiccup with the space that we had and it would require adding another small box but that seems outrageous to me.I wish they had a better intake process to avoid this. Felt like a scam just to get the $59. And it wasted my time.

Cody came out to repair our water heater. He was professional, friendly, efficient & very informative. I appreciated his explaining in detail about the status of the heater, what controls the pilot, why it may go out & parts responsible for it functioning. He also gave me options if it recurs in this 14yr old water heater. Well done. I highly recommend Abacus.

Our technician Sam came on the same day we made the call. He was very quick to diagnose the issue with our leaking AC unit and got to work very quickly. He explained the repairs, their cost and was done in about an hour.

Avoid this overpriced Con-Job , I also had a tech sent from Homedepot app, and the tech charged me $300 for something I didn't need, did not locate the problem, hired a mom and pop hvac tech the same day and he had to remove the ARS overcharged repair and he fixed the actual problem...These million dollar companies are only out for your cash! Avoid at all cost ..I'm out $300 for doing nothing! Real professional ARS!
