Best Maintenance Air Conditioner in Austin TX

Heater check up done. Reviewed what he checked which includes the attic. Never had that checked with old company. Provided estimates for a couple of recommendations.

Josh came out and fixed our AC. He was courteous and fast to diagnose and repair our issue. Even more importantly, he took the time to discuss what he was doing and additional maintenance we should do on our own to keep our system running well for years to come. We really appreciate his help and highly recommend him!

Ralph has done work for me before. He is always friendly and does excellent work. The young man working with him was also excellent. They worked quickly and everything was clean when they finished.

A few days ago in my home a pipe broke and I just thought of calling turbo plumbing to repair the problem as quickly as possible, they brought quality parts and everything was as good as new

I contacted ARS about 11:30 am and scheduled an appointment for same day service. Appointment was for 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. I was informed that a courtesy call would be made 30 minutes before technician arrival. At 4:15pm, the technician still hadn't arrived, so I called ARS. After being placed on hold for quite some time, the receptionist said she had left a voice mail, telling us they didn't service our area. I had not been away from the phone, and no call or voice mail was ever received at my home. This was very inconvenient, as both my spouse and I put off our plans for the day for 4 hours, waiting for ARS to arrive. The receptionist had no further response, and hung up!

We have been using Strand Brothers Experts for several years. They have some of the best technicians, like Alex Rodriguez. He is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking and respectful. He always find the solution to the problem. We love working with him! Thank you, Strand Brothers, for having people like Alex.

Used them a couple of times now. This time I called really late and got a human! They scheduled me for the next day and boom, someone calls me, I get a text confirming, nice service. At this point after my first good encounter I don';t think I wont go anywhere else when I have a problem. I feel like they know my system now as well. Explained everything to me.

I received service from Tom and Jonathan. They were so helpful and friendly throughout the time they were at my home. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future I am 100% going through Honest Plumbing. Thanks for the help!
