I hired Grayzer to install an EV charger and they did an excellent job. They were responsive start to finish, provided an accurate and competitive quote, and completed a flawless install. I was particularly struck by the care they took routing wire cleanly through the attic and mounting conduit to the exterior of my home. Zack and Jeff were friendly and took the time to walk me through the work and next steps.I look forward to working with them for any future electrical needs.

There’s no value as a consumer in paying for an apprentice and a licensed electrician, when all that was needed is a licensed electrician. It’s like being charged twice for the same work.

Great customer service, they show when they say they will. The electricians very knowledgeable and know there stuff. The staff in there showroom go out of there way to give the best customer service. I guess that's why they have been the only electrician I've used for the last 10 years and will continue to call them when needed.

I had scheduled an appointment with Colvin Electric to install a chandelier and ceiling fan in my home. The appointment was scheduled about a week in advance for a Friday morning. The manager called me the Wednesday afternoon before asking if I would mind rescheduling to the following Monday, as they had an urgent job come up where someone's AC had gone out. I said I would, and asked if he could come in the morning because I had an appointment in the early evening. He was not able to give me a morning time, but was confident after looking at Monday's schedule that they would be able to be there between 2 & 3 PM. I said ok, but let him know that if it was later that 4 it was not going to work. He said he understood and thanked me for being accommodating and understanding. By 3:15 PM on the day of my appointment no one showed. I called and left a voicemail asking for an updated ETA. No return call. At 4 I called again left a second message and at 4:30. I also sent 2 texts. Good luck getting ANYONE to pick up the phone there, or respond. Absolutely NO response. I missed my appointment and subsequently left my house at 5:45 PM. 10 minutes later an electrician called me to say he was at my house but there was no answer. Seriously? I gave him the background and told him I could not reach anyone at his company and would not be using Colvin for this work or any other and please let the manager know. The next day I get a text saying 'we hope you were happy with your service...' What a disconnect. I never got any response. Obviously they do not need your business. Very unprofessional!!

Smart charge installed the charger and I’m happy with the charger but their estimate and installation and communication and ultimately the cost were not good. In the end it cost me $500 more than the estimate and that all happened day of install after the tech was an hour late after finding out I was outside his normal service area, arrived with out type required wire to run the connection thru the crawl space and I was at the local hardware stores getting the right wire for the job. Management went back and forth with me for a few weeks before rejection my appeal to meet me in the middle of the quote vs day of $500 extra for the install. I would have used my local contractor who quoted me the same as the original quote from Smart Charge (so $500 less than I actually ended up paying) had I known they were going to be 15% more than expected and quoted.

My well went out in the middle of the night and we had no water. I called Matt at 7:30 am on a Saturday. He was planning a lake trip with his family that day but instead made the trip to my home and had my well up and running. Couldn't ask for better service. I won't use anyone else for my electrical needs.

Brighthouse Electric ROCKS! I needed some can lighting done in my kitchen. However, I didn’t know any other details that I needed to provide,( except that I wanted this work completed.) They took complete care of me and even worked with my schedule. I asked off work for the day they were scheduled to come, but my job needed me last minute. I called Mendy, the owner, and she was quick to reschedule me to my next day off. She was kind and worked around my schedule. Austin was the tech that came to my house and he was as polite as can be. Brighthouse Electric is very precise, friendly, and has clean work! Thank you Brighthouse team! :)

You cannot be young, licensed and talented, service management will immediately see you as a threat. Your English and communication skills cannot be above par, service management will see you as a threat. Couple notes of prejudice. Write ups are indiscriminately given. All in all they didn’t want to see a young black kid at the top of the food chain, we’re out of all the members there I was 1 of the most qualified.
